The Madison Historical Society is dedicated to preserving the unique and colorful heritage of Madison and bringing its stories to the public. The historical society maintains a library, archive of historic documents and photos, and a small museum at the MHS office and resource center at 126 West Main Street, Madison Village, Ohio. The society also preserves an extensive collection of items dating to Madison’s earliest times. The Madison Historical Society is a non-profit, self-supporting organization.
